These Terms of Service apply when you browse or purchase products from the Truly Made website.

Products
We sell 3D printed, personalised, handmade and other products through our online store.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information are accurate. However, because some products are handmade, 3D printed or individually produced, there may be minor variations between products.
Such variations will not affect the quality or intended use of the product.
Where a product is personalised or made to your specifications, you are responsible for checking the information you provide to us, including names, wording, dates, colours, sizes and other personalisation details.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are the prices applicable to the products at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices before an order is placed.
Once an order has been accepted and confirmed, the price you pay will not be increased without your agreement.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We may contact you if there is an issue with your order, such as a problem with availability, pricing or the information supplied.
Once your order has been accepted, a contract between you and Truly Made is formed.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you and, where you have already paid, arrange an appropriate refund.
Personalised and custom-made products
Some products are personalised or made specifically to your requirements.
Please carefully check all information supplied when placing an order.
Where an item has been made to your specifications or is clearly personalised, your statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
Payment
We accept payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout, which may include:
- Debit and credit cards
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Klarna
Payment must be successfully authorised before we can process your order.
Payment information is processed through the relevant payment provider. We do not normally have access to your full payment card details.
Delivery
Delivery arrangements, available services and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
We normally use Royal Mail for delivery.
Processing times and estimated delivery times are separate. Some products are made to order and therefore require processing time before dispatch.

Returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return or obtain a refund are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or removes any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Products supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Custom designs and customer-supplied content
If you provide us with photographs, artwork, logos, text or other content for a personalised or custom order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide that content to us for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You remain responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe another person’s intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
Availability of the website
